For those that know me... It’s time to get back to what I use to enjoy... I’ve gone from being able to run London marathon and not thinking twice about a 5k or 10k to it being hard work to jog a mile without stopping, due to my leg break almost 20 months ago.
I‘m finding the loss of my fitness much harder than I thought (physically and mentally), but ’It’s Time!’
So I’m using this challenge to focus and ’break’ back into the habit of jogging/running.. (whilst not actually breaking anything! No doubt it’s going to hurt though).
Times are hard so I’m not looking to raise lots of money but might as well put it out there..
I am committing to jogging (without stopping) minimum of 1 mile a day, each day throughout Nov.
