This adventure started out as a way to get fit after battling the Big 'C' back in 2015. It was only in November 2017 that I actually started to feel I could train and do something like this challenge.
The first draw was we start in Copenhagen, a city I have never been to and finish in Berlin, a city I love, the daunting bit was the 450km (300miles) over 3 days.
Training has encompassed lots of spin classes and serious training sessions in Richmond Park. I have never ridden in cleats and had my first taste of using them on the road a couple of weekends ago - I probably have equal bruises to my pride and my body thanks to failing to get my feet out in time before stopping - hence I have fallen off the bike about 5 times!!
Thank you for sponsoring me it is very much appreciated!!

Club Peloton is a fundraising charity which uses cycling as its platform for challenge events, bringing together a love for the sport and the opportunity to raise money for great causes.
Our main grant recipient - receiving two thirds of all funds raised - is Coram, the UK’s oldest and first children’s charity that has been supporting vulnerable children for over 275 years. Their flagship service, Coram Adoption, is the most successful voluntary adoption agency in the UK., finding loving and secure homes for some of the most vulnerable and hard-to-place children in the country. They now help more than 1.25 million children and young people every year, and this would not be possible without the generosity of our riders
Club Peloton will be supporting Coram’s vital programmes, with a specific focus on Coram’s unrivalled and pioneering adoption service. For more information please visit: www.coram.org.uk.
